PURPOSE: To prepare an anodic oxide layer having a high wear resistant value and corrosion prevention value by treating an anodically oxidized Al member in perfectly desalted water contg. specific amt. of cobalt-fluoride, nickel fluoride and that contg. a triazine deriv. ;CONSTITUTION: The oxide layer is formed by anodic oxidation on the member consisting of Al or Al alloy. The member is pretreated for about 10 minutes at about 30°C in a soln. contg. about 6% cobalt-fluoride and about 30% nickel fluoride in the perfectly desalted water. The member is then subjected to a post treatment for about 50 minutes at a working temp. of about 70°C in the perfectly desalted water by adding a film preventive agent of about 2 ml/l triazine deriv. The oxide layer is stably and surely sealed by the treatment over two stages. As a result, the wear resistant value and corrosion prevention value of the Al or Al alloy member having the relatively thin anodic oxide layer may be enhanced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO
