PILE PRESSING-IN/DRAWING MACHINE AND PILE PRESSING-IN/ DRAWING METHOD

PURPOSE:To press in a steel sheet pile along an adjacent object by pinching the steel sheet pile with clamps, installing a pile pressing-in/drawing machine on an existing steel sheet pile, pinching the next steel sheet pile with a chuck, and pressing-in it in connection with the existing steel sheet pile. CONSTITUTION:The flange section of a steel sheet pile is pinched by clamps... below a saddle 5, and a pile pressing-in/drawing machine on an existing steel sheet pile. A steel sheet pile is put from the side open section or the above of a chuck 15, the flange is pinched to connect it to the existing steel sheet pile, and it is pressed in to the middle. The pressing-in is once stopped, clamps 2... are released, and clamps 2... are lifted together with the saddle 5 and advanced by one sheet of the steel sheet pile. Clamps 2... are lowered, the existing steel sheet pile is pinched again, and the steel sheet pile under press-in is completely pressed in. These processes are repeated, and the steel sheet pile is continuously moved and pressed in sequence.
