PURPOSE:To clean even a stain attached on the inside of a diffuser completely and to always keep the whole of the inside sanitarily by arranging by interposing an electromagnetic valve at a coffee supply tube at a downstream side than the diffuser. CONSTITUTION:A drink system extending from an extractor 5 to a drink pipe 15 is cleaned with the hot water of a hot water tub 2 and the cleaning water of a cleaning liquid tank 7 with an appropriate cycle. At such a case, since the electromagnetic valve 9 of the coffee supply tube 11 is closed once, the hot water and the cleaning water stays in the diffuser 8 and cleans the inside of the diffuser, and also, coffee and the stain, etc., attached on the inside of the diffuser can be effectively melted and cleaned by heating the cleaning water with the heater of the diffuser 8. After that, the electromagnetic valve 9 is opened and the hot water and the cleaning water are discharged, and furthermore, new hot water and cleaning water are sent to the diffuser 8, then, the diffuser 8 is cleaned. In such a way, the whole of the internal surface of the diffuser can be extremely cleaned sanitarily.
