PURPOSE:To obtain a gap water pressure value which is approximate to a true by dividing a hole into a plural number of individual zones by means of 3 or more packers placed in the hole and inflate, measuring the gap water pressure in each of the zones, and measuring water permeation factor in one of the zones, as a test zone. CONSTITUTION:Packers 6 are placed at constant intervals on the entire length from the inlet 6 to the deepest point 17 of a hole 4, pressurized gas is supplied into each packer 6 to inflate them to form partition walls so that the inside of the hole 4 may be divided into four test zones 7, 8, 9 and 10. Each test zone is filled with groundwater, left as it is for a specified period of time, and the gap water pressure in each test zone is measured with a water pressure gauge via a hose 14. Pressurized water having a constant pressure exceeding the gap water pressure values in the test zones 7, 8, 9 and 10 is sent via the hose 14 into each test zone and water permeation factor is measured. This improves the accuracy of test data and permeation factor measurement.
