For instance, after the adhering ash 22 fixed on and under of the heat transfer pipes 20a to be cleaned is irradiated by high energy visible rays and near infrared rays to peel off, disperse and remove, the heat transfer pipes 20a are put between both the sides with the use of a heater body 1 to whole-circumferentially irradiate the adhering ash 22 so as to peel off and disperse.
