METHOD AND DEVICE FOR REMOVING ASH ADHERING TO HEAT TRANSFER PIPE OF BOILER

PURPOSE:To peel off and disperse adhering ash from heat transfer pipes by permitting a heating means to perform heating from room temperature over specific temperature and allowing the device to be rapidly heated so as to form enough temperature difference to form an internal stress discontinuous part between the layers of a boiler heat transfer pipe surface part and the adhering ash. CONSTITUTION:The heat expansion characteristic of adhering ash rapidly changes in the range of 200-300 deg.C, particularly 250-300 deg.C by the change of a crystal structure. A heating means is allowed to heat to form temperature difference so as to form an internal stress discontinuous part in the boundary surface of a boiler heat transfer pipe surface part and the adhering ash or in the layer direction of the adhering ash fixed on heat transfer pipes and the adhering ash is embrittled or peeled off from the boundary surface between the heat transfer pipes and the adhering ash. For instance, after the adhering ash 22 fixed on and under of the heat transfer pipes 20a to be cleaned is irradiated by high energy visible rays and near infrared rays to peel off, disperse and remove, the heat transfer pipes 20a are put between both the sides with the use of a heater body 1 to whole-circumferentially irradiate the adhering ash 22 so as to peel off and disperse.
