PURPOSE:To provide the title controller so designed that the elevation setting for a rotary tilling device being in retreating rise mode is made using a tilling depth setter for depth control and the elevation is controlled in a specified manner, thereby stabilizing the rise level from the ground. CONSTITUTION:The elevation of a rotary tilling device 14 being in retreating rise mode is set using a tilling depth setter 40 for depth control. In a state being in retreating rise mode, control is made so that the elevation of the tilling device becomes higher as the tilling depth set value for the setter becomes larger.
