SYNTHETIC RESIN VESSEL WITH UNEVEN OUTER SURFACE AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To manufacture a resin sheet by a simple means other than injection molding means, besides, without preparing a large number of molding dies by adhering another material to the inside surface of a vessel which is formed with such means that the resin sheet is made to go along with a molding die by vacuum or compressed air, and then finishing it smoothly. CONSTITUTION:In the inner surface 18 of a synthetic resin vessel which is formed with one or more protrusions 14 in the outer surface of a vessel main body 15, and recessions 19 corresponding to the protrusions 14 of the outer surface 17 in the inner surface 18, an auxiliary piece 4 which is formed with protrusions 2 to be fitted in the recessions 19 at the side of one surface 4a and in smoothness in the side of the other surface 4b is adhered to the vessel main body 15 integrally. And the auxiliary piece 4 is made to go along with the outer surface of a molding male die 1 in facing the one surface 4a outward, after that, a vessel main body forming resin sheet 10 is molded into a vessel shape along with the one surface 4a of the auxiliary piece 4 and the molding male die 1, at the same time, the auxiliary piece 4 is adhered integrally to the inner surface side of the sheet 10. In this fashion, a vessel which is given a recessed and protruded pattern or the like in its outer surface 17 and is smooth in its inner surface 18 can be made low-priced than the injection die, and thus it is unnecessary to prepare various kinds of molding male dies.
