PURPOSE:To simplify constitution and reduce a cost and to reduce the size of a shovel car by a method wherein an upper frame, a crawler frame, and a mission case are integrally molded by casting, and the tip parts of the crawler frame are individually formed. CONSTITUTION:A frame 1 of a shovel car is formed such that crawler frames 24 and 24 are mounted below the right and left sides of an upper frame 21 and a mission case 13 is located below the rear part of the upper frame 21. The frame is integrally molded by casting, and a connection part between members is eliminated to simplify constitution. Tip parts 24a and 24a of the crawler frames 24 on both sides and the upper frame 21 are divided and individually formed and assembled together to form the frame 1. A casting die is simplified and the flow of molten iron is improved to uniformize quality. Further, securing of a frame in a machining work is facilitated.
