PURPOSE: To easily repair by exchanging an injection unit at the time of wear or a failure by constituting an injection device as an independent injection unit, mounting the injection device on the rear side of a mounting part and coupling the device with the mounting part so as to be exchangeable. CONSTITUTION: This cutting tool holding device is provided with a mounting part 3, a bush 4 and an injection device 5, the injection device 5 is constituted as an independent injection unit and the device 5 is mounted on a rear side 10 of the mounting part 3. The injection device 5 is mounted on the mounting part 3 so as to be exchangeable by a coupling element 11 provided on the injection device 5 and a complementary coupling opposed element 12 provided on the mounting part 3. At the time of wear hindering operations and a failure of injection, only the injection unit is exchanged without exchanging the whole of the cutting tool holding device.
