SEWAGE FLOCCULATING DEVICE, TUBULAR FLOCCULATOR, TREATING EQUIPMENT AND METHOD FOR INJECTING FLOCCULANT

PURPOSE:To reduce labor for maintenance and inspection by successively inserting first and second tubular mixers and a tubular flocculator into a pipe line and mixing a flocculant into sewage. CONSTITUTION:Sewage in a sewage tank 1 is set into the first tubular mixer 11 from its one end by a pump 2. An inorg. flocculant is simultaneously injected into the pipeline by a pump 5. The sewage and the inorg. flocculant are strongly mixed in the mixer 11, and the liq. mixture is sent into the second tubular mixer 12 from the other end. In this case, an org. flocculant is simultaneously injected by a pump 8. The liq. mixture and the org. flocculant are strongly mixed in the second tubular mixer 12, and the liq. mixture is sent into the tubular flocculator 13, agitated, mixed and flocculated. The sewage contg. flocs is sent to a flotation tank, and solid are separated from liq.
