1. Process for the manufacture of a free-flowing mixture of free-flowing components reacting out into foamed material, wherein at least one of the components is loaded with gas controlled in dependence on density value before the dosed introduction into the mixing zone, charactérized in that this component is stored together with the gas in a common space ; the gas is stirred into the component by means of a stirrer and therein finely distributed through it ; the space is kept at raised pressure while the gas is stirred in ; the gas is sucked in by means of a hollow stirrer driven at constant speed of rotation, whose hollow shaft leads to the outlet orifices provided in the stirrer element and is thence introduced into the component, in which process a defined raised pressure is applied to achieve the desired degree of gas loading and upon achievement of a predetermined density change the stirrer drive is switch off.
