PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a bit dropout and an excessive bit at the time of switching a received base band signal by holding the action of the switching signal for a definite time so as to execute a switching action when outputs from a receiver No.1 and a receiver No.2 are made into a space condition. CONSTITUTION:The same unipolar signals are inputted to a receiver No.12 and a receiver No.2 3, and the signals are phasecorrected by respective first phase shifting circuit 22 and second phase shifting circuit 32 so as to be made into the same phase both. A switching control circuit 4 supervises respective outputs of a first unipolar/bipolar converting circuit 23 and a second unipolar/ bipolar converting circuit 33, a standby is executed until the space condition is made, and the switching is executed from the receiver No.1 2 to the receiver No.2 3. As a result, the outputs from both receivers 2 and 3 are switched by a switch circuit 5, and a signal not to cause the generations of the bit dropout and bit excess can be always outputted.
