PURPOSE:To raise the water temperature of the area around the heat source to allow aquatic life to crowd by generating electric power from solar energy and supply the energy through the cable to the heat source. CONSTITUTION:An energy supplier provided with solar cells is set on the water surface and connected through a power cable 5 to a heat source 6 on the sea bottom whereby aquatic or marine life is allowed to crowd around the heat source for marine leisure, sight-seeing, fishery and other purposes.
