摘要

PURPOSE: To coat a substrate having a melting point of a film forming temperature or lower of a film by setting a melting point of the substrate to the film forming temperature or lower. CONSTITUTION: The substrate is covered with a coating material containing a powder-like polymer composition as a base, and a film is formed by emitting an electromagnetic wave to the coating material. Here, the substrate is made of a non-conductor material or preferably made of material without exciting with a microwave. And, its melting point is a film forming temperature or lower. As the polymer as the substrate material, a polyolefin such as a polyethylene, polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene or the like, perhalogenated polyolefin or their mixture can be used. As the polymer excitable by the microwave, a methylmethacrylate, a polyamide, a polyetheramide or the like can be used. Thus, the substrate having a melting point of the film forming temperature or lower can be covered therewith.
