PURPOSE: To perform an accurate training by presenting a target data of self brain wave activity against a trainee in a momentary feedback, and notifying a state of brain wave activity in a predetermined frequency spectrum in a plurality of head skin regions. CONSTITUTION: A target data is given from a speaker 18-31 by a sound synthetic device 82, 84 under a microcomputer 64 for promoting a conscious and unconscious dirigation for the brain wave of himself by a trainee 12 in a training room 14.
