摘要

PURPOSE:To stably improve the adhesiveness of the surface of a base material to printing ink and an adhesive by forming a transparent membrane composed of inorg. matter to the surface of a hard base material whose hardness is a specific value or more. CONSTITUTION:A transparent membrane composed of inorg. matter is formed to the surface of a hard base material whose hardness due to a pencil scratch test of JIS K5400-6.14. is H or more so as to stably bond an adhesive or printing ink to the surface of the hard base material. The transparent membrane composed of the inorg. matter may be formed to the surface of the base material having pencil hardness of H-3H as a continuous or discontinuous membrane but it is pref. formed to the surface of the base material composed of so called bard coat resin or ceramic having pencil hardness of 2H or more as a discontinuous membrane. As the inorg. matter forming the transparent membrane, Cr or Mn possible in nucleation, having especially high evaporation temp., having the coefficient of thermal expansion near to that of the surface of the base material, low in film forming contraction stress and having sublimation vapor deposition properties is most pref.
