PURPOSE:To produce an accurate document is a short time by selecting a desired example sentence out of many prepared ones based on their summaries for a basic part and writing the necessary contents into a blank part of the selected example sentence by reference to the due comment. CONSTITUTION:A 1st storage is provided to store the example sentences written in the Japanese language and a specific foreign language of various international busines work documents together with a 2nd storage which stores the notabilia necessary for production of formal document based on the example sentences. Then the material code of a desired document is obtained out of a classified table and the example sentences of the corresponding document are read out of the 1st storage means based on the material code. At the same time, the production comment of the documentis read out of the 2nd storage means and the selected contents are written into a blank part of the read example sentence of the document by reference to the document production comment. Thus these prepared example sentences can be utilized for the most troublesome basic part of each document. As a result, the document producing time is shortened.
