STRUCTURE OF BRUSH HOLDER IN MOTOR AND MOLD STRUCTURE FOR MANUFACTURING BRUSH HOLDER

PURPOSE:To make an end bracket compact by molding a brush holder and the end bracket integrally in a gear frame wherein a worm gear mechanism is stored and supported, and installing a spring inside the brush holder. CONSTITUTION:A gear frame 1 is molded integrally by filling resin material in the conditions that main molds 15 are set in butting shape from both sides of obverse and reverse of a frame body 4 and that molds for formation of each part are butted with each other. First molds 16, which are set to butt each other in the axial direction of a rotor shaft 3, and a pair of second molds 17 and 17, which are set to butt each other from the outside diameter side toward the center of the rotor shaft 3, are used. Moreover, since a spring 10 is installed inside a brush holder 6, it can be designed compactly without forming a spring mounting part outside the brush holder 6.
