PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the accuracy of alignment between the central axis of an armature and the center of a brush holder and accurately arrange multiple brushes on the magnetic poles of magnets in the circumferential direction.;SOLUTION: The brush holder 22 is placed in a motor housing 14 and a bushing 118 is inserted into a bearing housing portion 50 and a circumferential wall portion 88. The central axis L of the bearing housing portion 50 and the central portions O of the multiple brushes 62 are thereby aligned with each other. With the bushing 118 positioned in the motor housing 14 in the circumferential direction, a positioning protrusion 122 formed on the bushing 118 and a groove 94 formed in the brush holder 22 are engaged with each other in the circumferential direction. The brushes 62 are thereby placed in respective positions predetermined on the motor housing 14 in the circumferential direction.
