GENERATING AND PROCESSING SYSTEM FOR NEW TABLE IN TABLE FORMAT DATA

PURPOSE:To easily generate a table by performing the reverse display of a specific item by moving a cursor, and generating a new table by inputting a character and a numeral from a keyboard based on an instruction displayed on a message row. CONSTITUTION:A menu bar part 11 is a display area on a picture in which the processing function of a computer is classified as a concept of upper rank, and the cursor is moved on a display screen by moving an arrow head key, and a menu item at the corresponding part of the cursor is reversely displayed. When the reversely displayed menu item of a menu bar is designated and an execution key is depressed, a pull-down menu 18 having a content corresponding to the reversely displayed item is displayed on a screen, and simultaneously, a help menu 19 is displayed. Thus, by generating the new table by inputting the character and the numeral from the keyboard based on the instruction being displayed on the message row, a table for table format data with arbitrary format can be easily generated with an interactive format.
