COPYING DEVICE FOR HEAD FOOTER IN WORD PROCESSOR

PURPOSE:To simplify a head footer input operation by providing a head footer copy key on an input part, and constituting the device so that a head footer stored in a head footer buffer of the previous page can be copied to a head footer buffer of the present page, when the head footer is the same in contents as the previous page. CONSTITUTION:Head footer buffers 5-a, 5-b ... read a character inputted by a head footer input area R2 as a head footer, and store the read character as head footer data. Also, on a keyboard of an input part 4, a head footer copy key 3-a is provided, and when this head footer copy key 3-a is depressed, the head footer of the previous page is stored as the head footer of the present page in the corresponding head footer buffer. In such a way, in the case the head footer is the same as that of the previous page, the head footer can be copied by only depressing the head footer copy key 3-a. In such a way, the head footer can be inputted much more simply than before.
