PURPOSE:To provide the title system so designed that raw cottonscraping claws of low height are stuck on the respective outer peripheries of rib-shaped supports to form a revolving roller for raw cotton scraping, thereby preventing raw cotton from being wrapped on the base end of the claws and the supports. CONSTITUTION:Plural rib-shaped supports 12, 12,... are welded at approximately equal intervals on the side peripheral surface of a revolving roller itself 11, and plural cotton-scraping claws 13, 13... are stuck at a specified pitch p on the respective outer peripheral edges of the supports. Each claw represents a hook-shaped member of relatively lowered height in order to prevent raw cotton from being wrapped.
