PURPOSE: To enhance light permeability and durability by supporting by means of a skeleton a sheet containing a light dispersing agent made of polymer particles in a matrix made from a synthetic resin, the sheet formed in a predetermined thickness. CONSTITUTION: A matrix made from a synthetic resin such as polyethylene contains a light dispersing agent in which an acrylate resin is made into a single polymer or a copolymer. Particles of the light dispersing agent used are substantially spherical and have average particle diameters of 0.1 to 500 μm and a sheet is formed in a thickness of 0.05 to 5 mm. The light dispersing agent maintains high light permeability and the synthetic resin of the sheet base material maintains strength and tear resistance. Therefore, light permeability and durability can be enhanced.
