PURPOSE:To improve the performance of a production system and the efficiency of development by exhibiting the status of competition to the external when a competition rule is generated, accepting a competition canceling command input in accordance with user's operation and determining the execution order of competition rules in accordance with the command to cancel the competition. CONSTITUTION:A competition rule exhibiting device 17 in a competition canceling device 15 displays the status of competition based upon all competition rules collected by a competition rule collecting device 16 on a display part in an I/O device 19 by a format to be easily understood by the user. The user reads out the competition status exhibited on the display part and inputs the command of execution order of rules for canceling the competition in consideration of other status. The commanded contents are received by the collecting device 16 provided on the device 15 and a rule execution part 14 executes the competition rules in the order corresponding to the commanded contents. Consequently, the competition cancel corresponding to the status can be executed without using a competition canceling rule and the performance of the production system and the efficiency of development can be improved.
