PURPOSE:To make the storage of a discharging wire compact by providing a means of cutting a wire in an optional length with its synchronizing to a wire feeding speed. CONSTITUTION:The movement of a wire cutting blade (rotary blade) 4b is controlled by a control part 10 by detecting the wire presence at a wire guide part by a sensor 6 and the speed detection by a sensor 5 at a wire feeding driving part in order to cope with a wire feeding speed and an automatic connection, synchronized with the wire feeding as well and the cutting length is adjusted. The space saving storage of a wire 1 can thus be achieved.
