USAGE OF AROMATIC AMINOALKOXY DERIVATIVE FOR THERAPY OF ILLNESS IN CEREBRAL VASCULAR SYS- TEM

PURPOSE: To obtain a pharmaceutically and veterinary composition useful for treating calcium transfer disorder between the inside and the outside of a cell at a cerebrum level, especially a disease related to a cerebrovascular disorder, comprising a specific aromatic aminoalkoxy derivative as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION: This composition comprises (a) a compound of formula I (R is H, a halogen, CH3 , OH, etc.; (n) is 1 or 2 when R is except H; (m) is 2 or 3; A is a molecular chain of formula II to formula V, etc.; Ar is bonded to the 1-position of the molecular chain; one of R1 and R2 is H and the other is a 1-4C alkyl, a 5-6C cycloalkyl, etc., except A is a group of formula IV to formula V and N, R1 and R2 form pyrrolidino, etc.; Ar is a group of formula VI to formula VIII; R3 is a halogen, NO2 or CH3 : R4 is a 1-4C alkoxy; (p) is 0, 1 or 2; (q) is an integer of 1 to 4; p+q is =4; with the proviso that, when A is a group of formula II to formula III, (p) and (q) are not 0 at the same time) or its pharmaceutically permissible salt and (b) a physiologically permissible carrier or excipient suitable for the component (a), and is especially useful for treating diseases such as cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction or migraine headache.
