摘要

PURPOSE:An inexpensive composite material having self-lubricating property and excellent low friction and low abrasion property, obtained by adding an amineimide compound to a mixture of an epoxy prepolymer and a calcined borosiloxane polymer powder and curing the resulting mixture by heating. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. prepolymer (A) (e.g., bisphenol A epoxy resin) is mixed with 5-900pts.wt. calcined borosiloxane powder obtained by calcining a diphenylborosiloxane of formula I at a temperature =about 900 deg.C in a nitrogen atmosphere. To the resulting mixture 2-20pts.wt. amineimide compound of formula II (wherein R1 is alkyl, allyl, ethynyl, aralkyl and R2, R3 and R4 are each alkyl, aralkyl or the like), e.g., formula III or IV, as a curing agent, and the obtained mixture is cured by heating to obtain the purpose low-friction, low-abrasion composite material suitable for bearings, etc.
