HEAT EXCHANGE ELEMENT AND OPEN AIR TREATMENT TYPE AIR PURIFIER

PURPOSE:To obtain a heat exchange element equipped with both of heat recovery function and dust collecting function by forming the first and second passages alternately between the flat plate parts of respective modules and providing the connection parts to a high voltage power supply to the respective flat plate parts. CONSTITUTION:The spacer parts 12 of respective modules 1 adjacent to each other up and down are superposed one upon another so as to alternately cross at a right angle each other and the first and second passages 13, 14 are alternately formed between the flat plate parts 11 of the respective modules 1 and the connection parts 15 to a high voltage power supply charging the flat plate parts 11 are provided to the respective flat plate parts 11. By this constitution, in a heat exchange element E, the air passing through the first passages 13 formed between the flat plate parts 11 of the respective modules 1 and the air passing through the second passages 14 formed so as to cross the first passages at a right angle are subjected to sensible heat exchange mutually to perform heat recovery. Further, by alternately charging the flat plate parts 11 of the respective modules 1 adjacent to each other up and down with high voltages of different polarities, the dust in the air passing through each of the passages 13, 14 can be electrically removed by the respective flat plate parts 11.
