GENERAL-PURPOSE STATIC BLADED MIXER WITH INCREASED EFFICIENCY

The design deals with the universal static blade mixing machine with increased efficiency, which consists of the carrier coating (1) of a tubular shape, or of a conical shape, and of fixed blades (2) and its principle lies in the fact that the fixed segments (2) are arranged inside the carrier coating (1) transversely to the flowing direction of the medium and each fixed segment (2) is equipped with slots (3), while the bowed working surfaces (4) of the blades are arranged in the location among the partial slots (3). The working surfaces of the blades (4) can be equipped with openings (5), shaped sections (6), raking cutting (7) or variously shaped. The device can be utilized for all basic kinds of media, i.e. loose, gaseous or liquid materials, or their combination in various fields of machine equipments and industrial requirements.IMAGE
