The mechanism comprises a housing, a core, a pulley which can rotate the core, through connection. Openings are provided through which the flexible elements can be inserted, or removed in coiled form. The body of the pulley can be divided. It is located in the housing so that it can be rotated. The pulley has two rims and the core can be moved axially with respect to the rims. - An entrance unit is provided through which the flexible element is introduced into the core of the pulley. Two telescopic rollers are provided in this opening. One cylinder is fixed and the other is connected to a drive which provides longitudinal movement for it.
