Measuring response of human extremity - detecting skin potential alteration upon stimulation of organ for neurological medical diagnosis

The method measures organ functions by detecting alteration of skin potential in response to stimulation of the organ concerned. Detection can be effected on parts of the limbs, and before stimulation a different stimulus can be applied, typically a voltage. An electrode can be used to measure the skin potential, in conjunction with recording equipment.
