FIBRINOLYTIC AGENT CONTAINING TISSUE PLASMINOGEN ACTIVATOR OR DERIVATIVE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To obtain a fibrinolytic agent containing a tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) or a derivative thereof, a polyanion and an amine compound and as necessary further an acid and enhanced in the solubility thereof over a wide concentration range of the t-PA even in a high or low concentration of salt. CONSTITUTION:The aimed fibrinolytic agent containing (A) a tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) or derivative thereof, (B) a polyanion of saccharide, amino acid, nucleic acid base, etc., in which an anion residue is a carboxyl group, carboxymethyl group, sulfuric acid group or phosphoric acid or salt thereof, (C) an amine compound such as mono- to tri-ethanolamine, polyethyleneimine, arginine or lysin or salt thereof and as necessary (D) an acid or salt thereof, preferably sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, pyrophosphoric acid or citric acid. Each ingredient is preferably blended at ratios of the ingredient B of =25mug, especially 100mug-100mg and ingredient C and ingredient D of 20mumol-10mmol, especially 50-500mumol based on 1mg ingredient A.
