The process comprises mixing of basalt powder, paraffin and natural wax in the hot state, and forming of a urea core by hot moulding. The core is removed by dissolving in hot water, and the deparaffinising is achieved by calcining. The final forming is by calcining, and piercing is followed by sintering of the rotor
