The drilling crown (1) comprises a work part (4), and a shaft (5) provided with a thickened section (6). In the set of tubes (3) are a spring (7) and a ring (8) which are so arranged that with return feed of the drilling machine, the thickened part locates against the ring. Striking energy from the machine is transmitted to the spring which passes it on via the ring as a blow against the thickened part of the drilling crown.
