Said system comprises a joining shelf with universal anchoring that can block automatically on any vertical support with any geometrical section. Said shelf comprises a symmetrical metal structure, provided with two lateral jibs and a central element representing the anchoring system. The system is also provided with self-blocking tiers that are opened and closed with adequate means to the vertical.
