In a runner (withdrawal fitting) for drawers, to be installed underneath the bottom of the drawer, having a load-bearing rail 1 on the carcass side and a withdrawal rail 2 on the drawer side, on each side, a glider 9, 6 is provided at the rear for the withdrawal rail 2 and at the front for the load-bearing rail 1. The gliders 9 of the withdrawal rail 2 engage around the running webs 1" of the load-bearing rails 1 and thus hold the drawer secure against tilting. Provided at the front ends of the withdrawal rails 2 are spring clips 14 which, when the drawer is pushed fully in, hook into the fastening pins 10, projecting downwards beyond the running web of the load-bearing rails, of the gliders 6 of the load-bearing rails 1.
