A series of individual panels (B,C,D) are provided, each mounted between two consecutive posts in a row of aligned posts (1). Each panel is articulated on an axis carried by one of the adjacent posts and carries, at the right of the articulation post, a member for fixing and locking (11, 12) the adjacent panel in the closed position. The member may be retracted to release the adjacent panel by rotation of the neighbouring panel. The end panel in the row is remotely released and locked by an electrical lock control.
