A device for communicating publicity messages with voice synthesis and presence detector, consisting of an input block for the signal to be synthesized with external microphone and checking of sensitivity, a digital analog converter of up to twelve bits, ADPCM or DELTA encoder and memory block, at the output of which the data are sent to an ADPCM or DELTA/PCM decoder with output connector to an analog digital converter and from this to a filter, application and output through loudspeaker, the said circuit being actuated by the presence of a number of people or a particular situation, the signal of which is sent to an analog input block, provided with comparator with adjustable tripping level, with the output of the digital comparator connected to control circuits which signal to it the moment of activation. All this in order to emit publicity measures whenever a person takes up a position in front of the device.
