- The object of the invention is a method of cultivating mushrooms, using a mycelium support based on corn cobs, characterized in that it consists in treating by successive grinding-separation phases of the cobs of corn with a view to retaining only fragments of dense woody nuclei of suitable particle size, to sterilize said fragments with controlled temperature and hygrometry using an appropriate sterilizing agent, to moisten the fragments with sterile water, then to coat them with an individualization and pH-increasing agent, and, finally, condition them in sterile bags (19) by inoculating them with mycelium. - Application to the culture of mushrooms.
