MILITARY OR CIVILIAN CUTTING AND THRUSTING WEAPON WITH DISMOUNTABLE HANDLE

The invention relates to all cutting and thrusting weapons with dismountable and interchangeable handle, the knife keeping its normal appearance. The dismountable knife is comprised of a blade with a tang, a hilt, a handle and a pommel. The hilt (6) and handle (5) slide with a slight play on the tang of the knife. The assembly is held in place by the pommel which engages into a groove (9) provided on the tang, by means of a pin. The security of such holding is provided by means of a screw. The handle may be easily dismountable by unscrewing the screw by using a coin or by exerting on the pommel a force F1 and F2.
