The invention relates to all knives with removable and interchangeable round, while retaining the knife its normal appearance. Removable knife consists of a blade with tang, a cover, a handle and a head. The guard (6) and the handle (5) slide with slight play on the tang. This assembly is held in place by the head that snaps into a groove (9) made of silk, using a key. The security of this maintenance is performed by a screw. One can easily remove the handle by unscrewing the screw by means of a coin and printing at a head F1 and F2 force.
