The invention relates to a process for making organised powders. This process is for making organised powders obtained from particles of different sizes belonging to at least two groups of particles of substantially uniform size respectively comprising a set of core particles and at least one set of satellite particles, in which in an initial stage a substantially homogeneous dispersion of each set is made in a dispersing liquid; and, in a second stage, said dispersion is sprayed in suitable conditions to obtain the formation of said organised powder. This process makes it possible to obtain organised powders featuring a very regular coverage of the core particles, whatever their shape, in large quantities and at low cost.
