Device for filtering a plurality of fluid samples (46), liquid or gaseous, containing particles to be filtered, such as bacteria, cells or other elements, in particular contained in milk or blood, comprising at least one filter (2a , 2b) and means allowing the simultaneous and independent filtration, on this same filter, of said fluid samples. These means comprise at least one seal (3) which has a plurality of perforations formed over its entire thickness and which is held tightly sealed against one face of the filter (2a, 2b) by suitable clamping means (7a, 7b) , these perforations being in communication, at an upstream end, by interposition of the filter (2a), with a plurality of inlets independent of the fluid samples to be filtered and, at a downstream end, with a plurality of outlets, also independent, of these samples.
