MSX COMPUTER WITH HAN JA DISPLAING ABILITY

摘要

The chinese letters can be used on a MSX computer which displayes Hangul two times large than the English letter in size. The chinese letters are provided through an I/O port of the computer. The CPU examines a code of bytes that reprents Hangul so that the chinese letter is processed to be displayed. When the code reprents chinese letter, the CPU accesses the address of the port for corresponding decoded input letter form and displayes the chinese letter. Another way to process the chineses letter is to press "SEL" key after inputing the Hangul, then the chinese letters with same pronounciation are displayed at the bottom of the frame, then the user can select the proper letter by selecting the number of letters.
