MANUFACTURE PROCESS OF JERSEY STITCH IN CIRCULAR WEET KNITTING

Synthetic filament yarns which have differed denier with each other, and are twisted plyester yarns, are fed through a feeder using double side circular knitting machine ina way that the fineness of coarse yarn becomes 1.5-3 times as many as that of fine yarn. Also loop groups of different denier are cross-aligned along the horizontal direction of contacting surface with skin. The needle omission of cylimder needle of dial needle which knit the contacting side with skin satisfies the following formular. 1/3=Y/X=3 (where X is number of needles without omission among 1 repeat, Y is number of needles with some omission). The knitted fabric is treated with hydrophilic resin, thus giving knits.
