The D/A converter for preventing the spark current from generating upon switching by using BiCMOS transistors comprises a current source unit (1) having n stages to supply the power, a current switching unit (2) for switching the currents from the n stages of current sources under controlling of first and second control signals, the unit including first and second PMOS transistors (Pn1,Pn2) and first and second bipolar transistors (Qn1,Qn2), first and second NMOS transistors (Qn1,Qn2) and an output unit (3) having a common output terminal (AOUT) of the bipolar transistors (Qn2) and load resistors (RL) connected between the bipolar transistors (Qn1) and a ground (GND).
