Key operated cylinder lock with security - has hardened steel protective cap with bore and slot for key stem and tongue

The cylinder lock with security device is locked by a key with a stem and a tongue. The lock is protected by a hardened steel cap (6), in which the keyhole (7) forms the only opening. The opening has a bore, in which the stem (8) fits, and a slot is connected to the bore for the cap. The cap is pref. secured by screws passing right through the door (4) from the rear side. ADVANTAGE - Max. protection against forced entry.
