The excitation freq. is pref. 0.1 to 10 Hz. The oscillation freq. is 100 to 10,000 Hz. The pulsed magnetic fields are produced by a current source, a pulse generator (7), a coil (4) with a ferromagnetic core (5), a bipolar capacitor (11) and corresp. leads. A transistor (10) short circuits the coil alternately with the pulse generator via a lead (9). The pulse generator and transistor are formed as an alternating switch. The pulse generator effects the coil via a current transistor (8). The other transistor (10) is a blocking type controlling the short circuit lead via the pulse generator and interrupts alternatingly with the current transistor.
