The shelving-stand has at least one leg (1) to which are fixed uprights (2) supporting goods-display support-arms (3). The uprights (2) consist of at least two L-shaped, equal-sided profiled bars (4) forming a 'T'. The adjacent parallel arms of the 'T' cross-bar are spaced apart and fixed by a component across one arm of which run spacer pieces. The component consists especially of a threaded bolt with central spacer-sleeve and two other spacer sleeves supporting the outer surfaces of the L-piece arms. Nuts are screwed onto the threaded bolt's free ends. Each support-arm (3) has a U-shaped section on its upright (2) facing end with the U-opening pushed onto one L-piece arm, and the U sides having backward-tapered cavities. USE/ADVANTAGE - The shelving stand can be assembled in various ways and withstands heavy loads.
