The temp. sensor has a current mirror circuit (M1,M2) and a second circuit (M3,M4) complementary to the first and connected to it at two nodes (1,2). The second circuit is connected at a third node (3) to a series circuit contg. a first resistor (R1) and diode (D1) and at a fourth node (4) to a second series circuit contg. a second resistor (R2) and diode (D2). The first node is connected to the input of a voltage amplifier circuit contg. a resistor (R3) and transistor in series (T5).
